We see our supporters as family. We hope you’ll join us for events hosted by the NZSO such as open rehearsals and symphony seminars. We recognise supporters with optional listings in our concert programmes and on the NZSO’s website. Also, we like to offer our supporters opportunities to deepen their relationship with the NZSO.
We appreciate your donation to the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra Foundation is an unconditional gift, but we work with the NZSO to seek opportunities to acknowledge your gift in special ways. (Donations of more than $5.00 to the NZSO Foundation are tax deductable.)
For instance, supporters who donate $250 or more per annum are recognised with:
- NZSO Supporters listing on our website
- NZSO Supporters newsletter and e-news
- advance notice of NZSO activities
NZSO Supporters who contribute at the following levels are recognised with additional acknowledgements
$500+ per annum - Bronze Supporter
In addition to the above:
- Supporter listing in NZSO concert programmes
- access to certain NZSO rehearsals
$1,000+ per annum – Silver Supporter
In addition to the above:
- invitations to certain functions
- double invitation as special guests to the NZSO Foundation Masterclasses, featuring international guest artists
$2,500+ per annum – Gold Supporter
In addition to the above:
- invitations to NZSO discussion forums
$5,000+ per annum - Platinum Supporter
In addition to the above:
- opportunities to meet with NZSO players and/or guest artists
- naming association opportunities
$10,000+ per annum – Maestro Circle
In addition to the above:
- special personalised programme of acknowledgements
- opportunities to join the orchestra on a national or international tour (at Supporter’s cost)
