How to become an NZSO Season Ticket Holder
Renewing your NZSO Season Ticket & preferential booking period for seat renewal
If you are renewing your Season Ticket, you will have received your 2013 Season guide in the post with a separate personalised booking form. If you require another copy of the booking form, you can download the form for your region from the sidebar on the right of this page, or call NZSO Client Services 0800 479 674. Please note that the preferential booking period for existing Season Ticket Holders closes on 16 November 2012. Renewable seating cannot be guaranteed after this date.
Becoming a Season Ticket holder for the first time
Auckland, Christchurch, Dunedin, Hamilton, Napier & Wellington
You can become a Season Ticket Holder by downloading and completing the booking form. This form can be used to book up to two Season Tickets in Auckland, Christchurch, Dunedin, Hamilton, Napier & Wellington. To book additional Season Tickets in these centres, simply photocopy this form or download a copy. You can also fill your Booking Form online here.
Season Tickets are made up of three or more performances selected from the main Season Concerts.
Please note that Special Events can be pre-booked at discounted early bird prices, in addition to your 2013 Season Tickets
Please note that seats allocated might be different to your Season Ticket seats

Don’t forget that, should you renew or become a 2013 Season Ticket Holder by 3 December 2012, you will be in the draw to win the cost of your Season Ticket back.* *Applies to one Season Ticket package for one person. Three runners-up will win free programme books for each of their chosen concerts in 2013.

2013 concerts in these cities can be pre-booked at discounted early bird prices by downloading and completing the Mainland or Heartland booking forms. Discounted early bird prices are available until concerts go on general public sale on 14 January 2013

SEASON TICKET PROCESSING – A Few Dates
All forms received will be acknowledged within seven days of receipt
Priority period for renewing Season Tickets ends on 16 November 2012
Season Tickets with renewable year-on-year seating – The Works, Full Season Pass, Friday Concert, Almost Saturday Concerts & Saturday Concert series – are processed initially, followed by all other renewing Season Tickets orders
From 19 November 2012 new application for Season Tickets processed in the order that they have been received
Season Ticket packs mailed out progressively from mid-December 2012
14 January 2013 Single concert tickets on sale to the general public
All sales are subject to terms and conditions and, by completing and returning the 2013 Season Ticket booking form, you are indicating your acceptance of our terms and conditions relating to the ordering and sale of New Zealand Symphony Orchestra (NZSO) tickets, as determined by us and specified in full on the NZSO website. The NZSO will use its best endeavours to supply you with the tickets you order, however the NZSO cannot guarantee the availability of tickets, or that seating is available in the reserve you request. Allocation of tickets is subject to availability. The NZSO reserves the right to refuse any application for tickets or completed Season Ticket order at its discretion. All dates, times, artists, repertoire, seating arrangements, venues and price reserves are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Where changes such as these are made, tickets are non-refundable unless required by law. The only exception is when an event is cancelled and there is no further performance of that event.
