Subject to availability, your subscription series tickets may be exchanged for another NZSO subscription series performance within the current season. You will receive email confirmation of your exchange, and your exchanged tickets will be available for collection on the night of the concert which you have exchanged in to.
In order to exchange your tickets, we will need to receive the tickets that you wish to return by 5pm, four business days prior to the concert. After this time, we will be unable to exchange your tickets for another concert, or credit the value to your NZSO account.

If your tickets do not arrive at least 4 business days prior to the concert that you wish to exchange out of, you can still choose to donate the value to the NZSO foundation.
Ticket exchange requests need to be received before 5pm, four business days prior to the concert.
Any credit accrued on your account will be valid for one year from the date the credit was applied. Credits can be used to book extra tickets in the same season or can be applied to subscriptions for the following season. If you choose to donate, the value of your tickets will be donated to the NZSO Foundation. All donations are tax-deductible and a receipt will be sent to you within two weeks.
Exchanged tickets will be available for collection from the NZSO box office from 1 hour before concert time on the night of the concert which you have exchanged into. If requesting additional tickets for a concert you are already attending, we will endeavour to seat your additional tickets with your current seat, but this may not be possible.
