The following are answers to our most frequently asked questions:
Do I have to wear a mask during the performance?
No. We support your personal choice with regard to wearing masks during the concert.
I feel unwell. Should I attend a concert if I have a ticket?
No. If you feel unwell or are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, you should not attend a concert.

If you purchased your ticket from a ticketing agency, please contact the agency directly.
How does the NZSO plan to notify patrons regarding concert changes due to COVID-19?
If an event is postponed or cancelled due to COVID-19, we will notify membership ticket buyers before the event via email.
If you bought your ticket from a ticketing agency, the agency will contact you directly.
Do you offer a refund if a concert is cancelled?
Yes. You are eligible for a full refund if a concert is cancelled or rescheduled due to COVID-19 restrictions.
