In this statement ‘you’ and ‘your’ refers to our customers, visitors to our website, our donors and supporters, and other people we deal with, and ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ refers to the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra Te Tira Pūoro o Aotearoa.

We collect, hold and use your personal information to:

process your application for any awards or competitions we are running;
process your application for any of our services such as memberships, events or NZSO+;
process payments (including donations) received or made by us, and remind you of any payments that might be owing;
provide you with information about our events, and activities;

run our organisation but only where reasonably necessary;
for any specific purpose which we’ve notified you of at the time your personal information is collected.
Can you choose not to disclose your personal information?
Yes, it’s your choice whether to disclose your personal information to us.

provide the services you’ve requested;
process applications to enter competitions, awards or similar with us;

What about cookies and IP addresses on your website?
Our website uses "cookies", which are pieces of data that are stored on your hard drive and contain details about your use of our website. Cookies don’t provide us with information about you but they track usage of our website so that we can enhance users' experience of our website.
