Ticket information

Whether you're booking one concert or a whole season, there's a ticket option for you.

Ticket options

An annual NZSO Membership allows you to book all your tickets through our Ticketing Team. Enjoy zero booking fees, access preferential booking periods, and personalised service.

If you are already an NZSO Member you can book tickets now.

Aged under 35 or a student? Purchase a NZSO Membership and you will only pay between $15 – $37 per concert. Terms apply, see FAQ below for details.

Have a Gold Card, Community Services Card or Forces 4 Families Card? Take advantage of our Concession ticket prices.

NZSO Full Members can access one 'Introduce a Friend' ticket for the season. Contact the team on ticketing@nzso.co.nz or 0800 479 674 to take advantage of this benefit. Terms apply, see our FAQ below for details.

Looking for a one-off ticket? Visit What's on, select your concert and click 'Casual tickets' to complete your purchase. Casual tickets are usually available from around 10-12 weeks before each performance.

$15 Student Rush and Community Services Card Holder tickets may be available from one hour before the concert on the day of the performance, through the venue box office. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Terms apply, see our FAQ below for details.

Membership

Become an NZSO Member and every ticket costs less, with zero booking fees. Members also get access to the season before the general public, flexible ticket exchange, and the chance to bring a friend for free.

FAQ

Yes. Please bring proof of age for Under-35 tickets and a valid Student ID for Student tickets. You may be asked to show it when attending the concert.

These tickets are only available when you book directly through the NZSO as a Member.

Under-35 and Under-25 tickets are available in B, C and D Reserve, subject to availability.

Student tickets are available in C and D Reserve, subject to availability.

Rush tickets are available for selected concerts, subject to availability. You'll need a valid Student ID or Community Services Card (CSC) to purchase one.

Not every concert is eligible for Introduce a Friend. You must have purchased one ticket to the same eligible concert to use the benefit. The benefit is subject to availability.

NZSO Members can request a ticket return or exchange using this form.
