Ticket discounts for education groups
Bring your students closer to the music they’re studying through the power of a live NZSO performance.
Education groups from secondary schools can access discounted tickets to selected NZSO concerts, giving students the opportunity to experience New Zealand’s national orchestra live while deepening classroom learning and musical understanding.
Information
Availability is limited and allocated per performance, so we recommend booking as early as possible.
Most concerts:
Students: $10 per ticket
Teachers: $20 per ticket
Selected premium concerts:
(Rhythm & Dance and Enigma)
Students: $15 per ticket
Teachers: $25 per ticket
Additional information:
- Two complimentary teacher tickets are available for groups of 20 or more students.
- Additional adult tickets are $20/$25, provided the required student-to-adult ratio is maintained.
- A minimum student-to-adult ratio of 5:1 applies. Adults above this ratio are charged at the standard ticket price.
- Seats are allocated in C or D Reserve.
- Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
