- There are several accessibility car parks available in the Heaphy Terrace car park, 80m from the Arena Plaza. Brooklyn car park has accessibility car parks available, 80m from the Exhibition Halls
- Access to the venue is via the Ground Floor. Lifts are available in the arena foyer and at the conference concourse. Accessible bathroom facilities are available on the lower and upper arena concourse of the Globox Arena, the lower conference concourse, and beside the Brooklyn Rooms on the upper level
- Wheelchair-accessible spaces are available in the Arena. If you require wheelchair-accessible seating, please notify the booking agent when purchasing your ticket
- The Arena and the Heaphy rooms are fitted with a hearing aid loop. When booking your ticket for an Arena event, please notify the ticketing agent, who will be able to allocate hearing loop seating.

About the venue
Claudelands has a rich cultural history and has been hosting events in Hamilton since the late 1800s. An extensive redevelopment of Claudelands, including the construction of Globox Arena, began in 2007 and the venue reopened in June 2011.
Globox Arena and Claudelands' c-shape design creates an intimate atmosphere and an unrivalled audience experience. The venue boasts theatre-like acoustics and high-quality technical services.
